At a general meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Leonard Curtis Recovery Ltd, 2 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 1RW on 21 September 2017, the following resolutions were duly passed, the first as a Special Resolution and the second and third as Ordinary Resolutions:-

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

2. "That Stuart Robb and Julien Irving of Leonard Curtis, 2 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 1RW, be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up".

3. "That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation."

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held at the same place on the same day, the appointment of Stuart Robb and Julien Irving of Leonard Curtis, 2 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 1RW as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
