A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Sprint Couriers (Southern) Limited (04430452) of Repton Manor, Repton Avenue, Ashford, Kent TN23 3GP, whose nature of business is Couriers, presented on Monday 29 July 2019, at 10:00 by LOCAL FUELS PLC, of 51 New Cavendish Street, London W1G 9TG claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Birmingham, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS on Monday 30 September 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
