NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the decision by correspondence procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the Company:

That the Joint Liquidators revised fees be fixed by reference to the time given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken and that a creditors committee will not be formed.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver their proofs and votes to 2 Lace Market Square, Nottingham, NG1 1PB by no later than 23.59 hours on 11 May 2018.
