At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company duly convened and held at French Duncan LLP, McFarlane Gray House, Castlecraig Business Park, Stirling, FK7 7WT on 12 October 2018 the following Special Resolution was duly passed:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Brian Milne , of French Duncan Restructuring and Debt Advisory, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up”
