"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nedim Ailyan (IP No. 9072) of Abbott Fielding Limited, 142-148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ and Adam Harris (IP No. 015454) of Mazars, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine’s Way, London, E1W 1DD be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
