(A Company incorporated under the laws of Latvia) of Balasta Dambis, 15 Lv-10048, Riga, Latvia claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS on Monday 30 September 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
