Notice is hereby given that on 25 August 2021 a Petition was presented at Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Splashzone IM Limited craving the Court inter alia that Splashzone IM Limited, having its registered office at 4 Rowan Drive, Balmedie, Aberdeenshire AB23 8SW be wound up by the Court and after service, intimation and advertisement, Mark Harper, Insolvency Practitioner, of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 1RW and Steven John Parker, Insolvency Practitioner of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be appointed as interim liquidator, in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 25 August 2021 ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
