At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 4 Henley Way, Doddington Road, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN6 3QR on 2 August 2022 at 2.30 PM the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Dix (IP No. 21492) of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, Cartergate House, 26 Chantry Lane, Grimsby, DN31 2LJ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding up.”
