At a Meeting of the Members of the above-named partnership duly convened and held at 9, Gibson’s Lane, Newtownards, BT23 4LJ on 31 May 2019, the following matter was determined:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the partnership cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind-up the same and accordingly the partnership be wound up voluntarily.”

It was further determined that Melanie R Giles of PJG Recovery (NI) Limited, 9, Gibson’s Lane, Newtownards, BT23 4LJ be appointed liquidator of the partnership.
