NOTICE IS GIVEN under rule 14.29 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Michael Durkan, of Durkan Cahill, Suite G2, Montpellier House, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham, GL50 1TY, the Liquidators to the creditors of Sphinx eBusiness Consulting Limited, intend declaring a first (and most likely final) dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 27 October 2022, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me at Suite G2, Montpellier House, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham, GL50 1TY, and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it. Please note that the distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
