Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 105(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a general meeting of the above Company will be held within the offices Begbies Traynor, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP, on 26 May 2016 at 10.30 am for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up during the year ended 3 March 2016.

Members are entitled to attend in person or alternatively by proxy. A member may vote according to the rights attaching to his shares, as set out in the Company’s Articles of Association. A resolution will be passed only if a majority in value of those voting in person or by proxy vote in favour. Proxies must be lodged with me at or before the meeting and may be obtained on request from my office, address as above.
