Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that the liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors for the purpose of Having a full statement of the position of the Company's affairs, together with a list of Creditors of the Company and the estimated amount of their claims laid before them; and for the purpose if thought fit of nominating a Liquidator and and of appointing a Liquidation Committee. The meeting will be held at on 17 March 2020, at 10:15.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs with Christopher David Horner at 49 Duke Street, Darlington DL3 7SD by no later than 12:00 on 16 March 2020.
