A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Spencers (Bromsgrove) Limited (03843219) of 102 Tettenhall Road, Wolverhampton WV6 0BW, whose nature of business is Wholesale of wine, beer, spirits and other Alchoholic beverages, presented on Monday 06 June 2022, at 12:30 by HALEWOOD ARTISANAL SPIRITS (UK) LIMITED, of 1st Floor Tennyson House, 159-165 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Aberystwyth, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 20 July 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
