Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 4.106A of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that I, Christopher Laughton and Henry Nicholas Page, both of Mercer & Hole, Fleet Place House, 2 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RF, (IP Nos 6531 and 12250) were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company on 05 April 2016, by application of the Secretary of State.

Creditors of the Company are required to send in their full names, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) by 18 May 2016, to the undersigned, Christopher Laughton of Mercer & Hole, Fleet Place House, 2 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RF, the Liquidator of the Company, and if so required by notice in writing, to prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default shall be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.
