(Ordinary Resolution) "That Philip B Wood of BCR Insolvency Ltd, 570-572 Etruria Road, Newcastle, Staffordshire, ST5 0SU and Joanne Hammond of Begbies Traynor (SY) LLP, 3rd Floor, Westfield House, 60 Charter Row, Sheffield, S1 3FZ, be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."; and

3. (Ordinary Resolution) "That the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation."
