"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Farrington (IP No. 8751) of ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, London, WC2N 6JU and Simon Jagger (IP No. 22838) of ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, John Adam Street, London, WC2N 6JU be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
