Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 17 February 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Steve Markey (IP No. 14912) and Mark Colman (IP No. 9721) both of Leonard Curtis, Leonard Curtis House, Elms Square, Bury New Road, Whitefield, Greater Manchester M45 7TA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company and the Liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally."
