At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, KY11 8PB on 17 September 2019 at 3.00 pm, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Gardiner (IP No. 9488) of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, KY11 8PB be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
