At a General Meeting of the above-named Companies duly convened and held at 3 Field Court, Gray's Inn, London WC1R 5EF on 31 May 2022 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Companies be wound up voluntarily and that William Antony Batty (IP No. 8111) and Claire Howell (IP No. 23610) both of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London, WC1R 5EF be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Companies and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
