It is the intention that Spears Worldwide Limited will be entering liquidation in June 2017. I, Robert Malcolm Spears , of 17 Charnwood Close, Lakeside, Brierley Hill DY5 3UE, a Director of Spears Worldwide Limited and I will be a director of Spears Worldwide Limited on the day it will enter into liquidation. Pursuant to Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I give notice that I am acting and intend to continue to act in one or more of the ways to which section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 would apply for the purposes of carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of Spears Worldwide Limited under the following names: Spears Worldwide Security Limited, Spears Worldwide Group Limited, Spears Worldwide Facilities Limited and Spears Worldwide Communications Limited.
