This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules").

It is delivered by the Joint Administrators of the Company and the convener of the meeting, A J Nichols and J W Butler, of Redman Nichols Butler, The Chapel, Bridge Street, Driffield, East Yorkshire, YO25 6DA.

A virtual meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. The establishing of a Creditors' Committee

2. The approval of the Joint Administrators' fees and disbursements, including pre Administration costs, if applicable

3. The timing of the Joint Administrators' discharge
