A Petition to wind up the above named Company Registration Number 0642964 of Regent House, Brookenby Business Park, Near Binbrok, Market Raser, Lincolnshire, LN8 6HF, presented on 23 April 2018 by PREMIUM CREDIT LIMITED of Ermyn House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8UX, but for whom SMARTESTENERGY LIMITED of Dashwood House, 69 Old Broad Street, London, EC2M 1QS claiming to be a creditor of the Company has by Order dated 14 August 2018 been substituted as Petitioner, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 13 November 2018 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
