A Petition to wind-up the above-named company of 41 Northbrook Road, Southampton SO14 0BT, presented on 27 July 2020 by BRIERLEY PROPERTIES LIMITED, R/O P O Box 24 Regency Court, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3AP, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Birmingham, Insolvency and Companies (CHD), Priory Courts, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS

Date: 06 October 2020

Time: 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
