"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ruth Ellen Duncan (IP No. 9246) of Maxwell Davies Limited, 2nd Floor, Maidstone House, King Street, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6AW be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
