A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Spark Farm Developments Limited (10743381) of Holmlea Farm, Day Green, Sandbach CW11 4XU, previously of Barn 3 Somerford Business Court, Holmes Chapel Road, Congleton CW12 4SN, whose nature of business is Construction of domestic buildings, presented on Wednesday 01 September 2021, at 15:38 by C4 HOLDINGS LIMITED, of Quayside Ga, Greenalls Avenue, Warrington WA4 6HL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 17 May 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
