Pursuant to Sections 282 and 283 of the Companies Act 2006 and Sections 84(1) and 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 the following written resolutions were passed on 20 February 2020 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution Respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Katie Young (IP No. 15872) of Kewans Limited, Suite 1, 3rd Floor, 18 Market Place, Romsey, Hampshire, SO51 8NA be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 20 February 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Katie Young as Liquidator.
