Notice is hereby given that the Company was placed into Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation on 14 October 2019 and Stuart P Kelly (IP number 13670) of SPK Financial Solutions Limited, 7 Smithford Walk, Liverpool L35 1SF was appointed as Liquidator.

Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 20 December 2019 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidator at SPK Financial Solutions Limited, 7 Smithford Walk, Liverpool L35 1SF. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidator, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Liquidator deem necessary.
