A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at International House 12 Constance Street, London, England, E16 2DQ, presented on 24 June 2019, by HANSON QUARRY PRODUCTS EUROPE LIMITED of The Ridge, Chipping Sodbury Bristol, BS37 6WD, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Leeds Business and Property Courts, The Courthouse,1 Oxford Row, LEEDS, LS1 3BG, on 13 August 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
