At a meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held on 4 October the following resolutons were duly passed, as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolutions

That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Gareth Bishop and Simon Thomas Barriball be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 04 October 2017 the appointment of Gareth Bishop and Simon Thomas Barriball as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
