Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above named Company are required, on or before 2 April 2019, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 to Mark Grahame Tailby of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire LE12 7NN, the Joint Liquidator of the said Company, appointed on 19 February 2019.

If so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidator, creditors must provide any document or other evidence which the Joint Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
