"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Umang Patel (IP No. 18790) of Neum Insolvency, Suite 9, Amba House, 15 College Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 1BA and Andy John (IP No. 20896) of Leonard Curtis, 5th Floor, Grove House, 248a Marylebone Road, London, NW1 6BB be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up."
