A Petition to wind up the above-named Company Sovereign London Limited (08085981) of Unit 7b Cranbrook House, 61 Cranbrook Road, Ilford, Essex, IG1 4PG, the principal nature of whose business is taxi operation, presented on 1 July 2020 by CLOSE BROTHERS LIMITED of Wimbledon Bridge House, 1 Hartfield Road, London, SW19 3RU, claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the County Court at Romford, 2a Oaklands Avenue, Romford, RM1 4DP, on Thursday 3 September 2020 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on Wednesday 2 September 2020.
