Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 September 2021 as a Special resolution and an Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Thompson (IP No. 26370) and Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 40a Station Road, Upminster, Essex, RM14 2TR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Gary Thompson, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 40a Station Road, Upminster, Essex, RM14 2TR.
