Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the above named Company will be held at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ on 23 May 2022 at 4.00 pm, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, passing the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) and David Acland (IP No. 8894) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
