At a general meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at Second Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, on 09 February 2021, at 10.45 am, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Charles Southard and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor, Second Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, (IP Nos 11930 and 8584) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to pay unsecured creditors in full and be authorised to distribute any of the company’s assets in specie.”
