"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Office Holder Details: James Stephen Pretty (IP No. 9065) and Matthew Fox (IP No. 9325) both of Beacon LIP Ltd, 99 Leigh Road, Eastleigh, SO50 9DR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
