The Company moved from Administration to Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation (insolvent liquidation) on 20 March 2015 and David Oprey (IP No. 5814) and Richard Toone (IP No. 9146) both of CVR Global LLP, First Floor, 16/17 Boundary Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 4AN were appointed Joint Liquidators. The date of the Administration was 26 March 2013.

Notice is hereby given, that the Liquidators of the company intend to make a first distribution to creditors. Creditors are required to prove their debts as at 26 March 2013 on or before 28 May 2019 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidators at CVR Global LLP, First Floor, 16/17 Boundary Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 4AN. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Liquidators deem necessary.
