Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first interim dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company within the period of two months from the last date for proving specified below.

The last date for proving debts against the Company is 10 December 2021, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of Smith & Williamson LLP, 4th Floor Cumberland House, 15-17 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2BG, one of the joint liquidators of the Company. The joint liquidators intend declaring a first interim dividend within two months of the last date for proving claims.

If I do not receive your claim by the last date for proving, you may not be able to participate in the dividend.

Finally, the Company did not grant any floating charges. Accordingly, there has been no requirement to create a fund (the prescribed part) out of the Company’s net floating charge property for unsecured creditors.
