NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the decision by correspondence procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the company on the Joint Administrators’ Proposals, the invitation to form a creditors’ committee, the Joint Administrators’ remuneration and expenses, the Joint Administrators’ discharge and the Pre-Administration costs by way of correspondence.
