A Petition to wind up the above-named company of South Road Developments (Barbados) Limited (04377621) of 25 Dover Street, London W1S 4LX, whose nature of business is Development of building projects, presented on Thursday 25 April 2019, at 13:20 by LONDON & HENLEY PROPERTY HOLDINGS LIMITED (IN ADMINISTRATION), of C/o Kpmg Llp, 15 Canada Square, London E14 5GL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 12 June 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
