Laurence Russell, being the liquidator of the above company appointed on 13 January 2012, give notice of my intention to pay a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors within 2 months of 30 August 2019, being the last date for proving claims. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they are not participating, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved.
