Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the creditors of the above named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required on or before 23:59 on 31 October 2020, to send their full names and addresses along with descriptions and full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to Philip B Wood (005396) at 570-572 Etruria Road, Newcastle, Staffordshire ST5 0SU, and, if so required by notice in writing from said Liquidator, by their solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts/claims are proved.

The Liquidator will treat any debts of ÂŁ1,000 or less as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend, unless creditors advise the Liquidator that the amount of the debt is incorrect (in which case, proofs must be submitted) or that no debt is owed, also by 23:59 on 31 October 2020.

In accordance with the provisions of Part 14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, a creditor whose debt is a 'small debt' not exceeding ?1,000 is deemed to have proved for the purposes of determination and payment of this dividend and is not required to prove their debt as described by this notice unless advised otherwise by the Joint Liquidators.
