2. (Ordinary Resolution) "That Philip B Wood and Christopher Knott of Barringtons Corporate Recovery, Building 3 City West Business Park, Gelderd Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS12 6LX,, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up" and

3. (Ordinary Resolution) "That any required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidator may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office".
