A Petition to wind up the above-named company of South Chelsea Properties Limited (01787007) of East Lodge, Bordean Manor, Petersfield GU32 1EP, whose nature of business is property development, presented on Wednesday 24 July 2019, at 12:00 by KNIGHTSBRIDGE PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (UK) LIMITED, of Mole End, Cobham KT11 2QY Surrey claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 06 November 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
