At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above Company duly convened and held at Napier Solicitors, 1/9 Castle Arcade, Belfast, BT1 5DF on Thursday, 31st October 2019 at 11.30 a.m. the following resolutions were passed:

Special Resolution

That the Company would be wound up as a voluntarily

Ordinary Resolution

That Brigid Napier, Solicitor and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of 1/9 Castle Arcade, Belfast, be appointed Liquidator and she is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up;

Ordinary Resolution

That the remuneration of the Liquidator be fixed by reference to the time properly spent by the Liquidator and her staff in attending to matters arising in the Winding-up;

Ordinary Resolution

That in order to expedite the matter a shorter period of time than the requisite 21 days was agreed.
