A Petition to wind up the above-named company of SOONER ENERGY SPV-1 LTD (09620271) of SUITE 11, BRAXTED PARK ROAD, GREAT BRAXTED, WITHAM, ENGLAND, CM8 3EN, whose nature of business is MINERAL OIL REFINING on 18 November 2019 by ANITA LEVITT, 21 LYLES ROAD, COTTENHAM, CAMBRIDGE, CB24 8QR claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the ROLLS BUILDING, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on Wednesday 8 January 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
