Notice is hereby given that Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 24 May 2019 to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016), and the names and addresses of their solicitors, if any, to the Liquidator at BBK Partnership, Office 5-6, First Floor, Popin Business Centre, South Way, Wembley, Middlesex, HA9 0HF, and, if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, either personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or in default thereof they be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
