A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose overseas company address is office is Charia Abou Bakr Seddiq, Lot N5 Z I, Sale, Morocco and whose UK establishment office address is Somitex Morocco (UK Establishment Number BR015949), Mancor House Bolsover Street, Hucknall, NG15 7TZ whose nature of business is exportation and distribution of textile manufactured pieces was presented on 18 December 2019 by Youssef Bessa, Abdelhai Bessa and Waffa Benchekroun Bessa as the directors of the Company and will be heard at the Royal Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL, on 29 January 2020, at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on 28 January 2020.
