"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Conrad Alexander Pearson (IP No. 014732) and Patrick Alexander Lannagan (IP No. 009590) both of Mazars LLP, One St Peters Square, Manchester, M2 3DE be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly and separately."
