Following the issuing of the Notice of Intended Dividend, no creditor responses or claims were received, and it was considered that some creditors may not have received the Notice of Intended Dividend, or that they were unable to provide the relevant documentation within the requested time frames, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and government restrictions on working from home. Therefore, the Joint Supervisors took the decision to postpone the declaration process until government restrictions has been lifted and working conditions returned to normal.

The Joint Supervisors now consider it appropriate to resume the dividend process.

A first dividend to non-preferential creditors is intended to be declared in the above matter within 2 months of 11 July 2022 (the last date of proving).

Any creditor who has not yet lodged a proof of debt, with full supporting documentation, must do so by 11 July 2022. Creditors should send their claims to Stephen Clancy, Joint Supervisor, Kroll Advisory Ltd., The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW. A creditor who has not proved their debt by this date will be excluded from this dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved.
